Mellanox CEO to see immediate profit boost from EZchip deal

TEL AVIV (Reuters) - Its $811 million acquisition of EZchip Semiconductor will add to Mellanox Technologies' revenue and net profit immediately, Mellanox's chief executive said on Wednesday.
