Amazon executive sees drone operations ready once FAA finalizes rules

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Amazon.com Inc expects to have drone technology ready for package delivery operations by the time the Federal Aviation Administration finalizes drone regulations, an executive for the online retailer said on Wednesday.
