China to allow full foreign ownership of some e-commerce businesses

BEIJING (Reuters) - China will allow full foreign ownership of some e-commerce businesses to encourage foreign investment and the development and competitiveness of the industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said on Friday.
