Volkswagen brand to return to top of volume carmakers by 2020: CEO
WOLFSBURG, Germany (Reuters) - Volkswagen's core brand has a goal of returning to the top of volume carmakers by 2020, with adequate margins, VW brand chief executive Herbert Diess said.
