Chinese bitcoin exchanges allow withdrawals after more than three-month freeze

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Chinese bitcoin exchange BTCChina has started "testing" withdrawals of the cryptocurrency after a three-month freeze that followed increased regulatory scrutiny, the exchange said on Thursday.
