Symantec to sell Web certificates business to Thoma Bravo: sources

(Reuters) - Cyber security company Symantec Corp has agreed to sell its business that helps verify the identity of websites to buyout firm Thoma Bravo LLC, people familiar with the matter said on Wednesday, a move that extricates it from a feud with Alphabet Inc's Google .
