Uber to withdraw from Canada's Quebec province: report

TORONTO (Reuters) - Ride-hailing service Uber [UBER.UL] will stop operating in the Canadian province of Quebec, CBC News reported on Tuesday, deciding to pull out rather than abide by tougher rules.
