Elon Musk to compete to fund high-speed Loop in Chicago

(Reuters) - Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk said on Tuesday The Boring Company will compete to fund, build and operate a high-speed Loop connecting O'Hare Airport to downtown Chicago.
