Ubisoft says confident has shareholders support to rebuff Vivendi

PARIS (Reuters) - French video games maker Ubisoft is confident that the majority of shareholders will back its independence from media giant Vivendi, Chief Financial Officer Alain Martinez said on Tuesday.
