Western Digital forecasts quarterly revenue below estimates

(Reuters) - Data-storage device maker Western Digital Corp on Thursday forecast current-quarter revenue below analysts' estimates, and said it would not agree to partner Toshiba's terms to participate in a new chip production unit.
