ValueAct takes nearly 10 percent stake in Motorola Solutions

(Reuters) - Activist investor ValueAct reported a 9.96 percent stake in Motorola Solutions Inc , maker of walkie-talkies and radio systems, and said it would talk to the company's board about ways to enhance shareholder value.
