Finland's Nokia agrees on China joint venture with Huaxin

HELSINKI (Reuters) - Finnish telecom equipment maker Nokia on Friday said it has agreed to create a joint venture in China with state-owned Huaxin, following Nokia's proposed takeover of Alcatel-Lucent.
