Hedge fund Pleasant Lake offers to buy MagnaChip Semiconductor

(Reuters) - Hedge fund Pleasant Lake Partners said it offered to buy analog chipmaker MagnaChip Semiconductor Corp in a deal valuing the South Korea-based company at $345.7 million.
