China's Xiaomi Internet services revenue up 150 percent in 2015: internal document

HONG KONG (Reuters) - Smartphone maker Xiaomi Inc [XTC.UL], China's most valuable startup, more than doubled Internet services revenue in 2015 to about $564 million, according to an internal document reviewed by Reuters, but still fell well short of an internal target of $1 billion.
