Philips reports fourth-quarter net loss, cautious on 2016

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Philips , the Dutch maker of LED lights and medical scanners, on Tuesday reported core fourth quarter earnings ahead of expectations but issued a cautious outlook for 2016.
